1) What will I receive for the price listed? 

Please read the item description. (Decor not included) Additional enclosures are available upon request for an additional fee. Direction card- Accommodation card- Reception card- etc.
NOTE: Some products may have an additional fee for enlosures.
Guest address printing is not included in any price.

It is $1.50 per invitation to add guest address printing and return address printing for the outer envelope. 

2) How much does an invitation set I like cost?

Simply multiply the price listed by the quantity you are requesting and that is what you will pay-plus shipping. Just that simple! No additional costs or hidden fees. You can also purchase the listing you have viewed for a SAMPLE before your place a full order.

Invitation pricing can vary greatly depending on paper selections, printing type, quantity, size, inserts and embellishments. Whether color or style change, we are here to satisfy your desires and help you stay within your budget. We can add or delete items to alter the price on any invitation!

3) Is there a minimal order requirement?

Yes, 25 for boxed invitations only. 

4) I like the style of the invitation but those are not my wedding colors. Can I change the colors?

Yes, you are able to modify invitations however you would like. Keep in mind some envelope liners and custom papers cannot be changed.

5) I have searched your entire site and do not see one that matches my event colors/theme. Can you create a custom order for me?

Yes, we can create a custom order just for you. Depending on the complexity of the design, there is a design fee of $100-$250. This allows you to have 3 revisions to get your custom order perfect!

 

 

6) Can you address and send these invitations out for me?

Yes, we are able to do a complete the process for an additional fee. The additional fee will cover RSVP and invitation stamps. It will also cover TO/FROM addresses. The fee will vary depending on how many invitations you need and the type of invitation. Just let us know....we got you covered! 

7) When can I expect to get my item(s)?

We ship via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. All invitation orders are put on a schedule. If you need your invitations rush ordered, please let us know and I will get them to you as quickly as possible for an additional charge if our schedule allows.

SAMPLES typically take 4 weeks to ship. Rush samples are available for an additional fee.

Any changes to the invite that you see may result in a longer arrival time. Keep that in mind.
Our high volume season is from January to September. During this season expect a delay!

8) Can you do a RUSH order, I need my invitations ASAP?

Yes, we accept RUSH orders for an additional fee.

40%- within 2 weeks 

30%- within 3 weeks 

The arrival dates are guaranteed with the assumption that you have your wording ready to be submitted and all communication are answered promptly. These two things can cause a delay that is out of our control and your rush fee is not refundable.  

 

 

 

Any concepts created throughout the design process, whether they are used in the final product or not, remain the intellectual property of Alexandria Lindo and I reserve the right to use such concepts in both digital and physical portfolios and resale after your event date. Any and all personal information on the design (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) will be changed prior to publication in a digital portfolio.
