Thank you for your interest in Alexandria Lindo custom handmade designs.

Attention to detail is key to delivering an unforgettable impression. Whether dramatic or simplistic, our unique vision, with your ideas will deliver the ambiance you desire. 


During our consultation, we will spend time with you to discuss your ideas and understand your needs and expectations. We will also discuss your budget to make sure we stay within your desired budget. We can start with a design you've seen in our ready to order collections and tailor it to your occasion or we can create an entirely new and unique design especially for you. 


After your initial consultation, a quote will be sent to you to review. To begin the design process, we require a 50% deposit.

Wording of these items is entirely up to you, but we are happy to be consulted.

Please note, deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made within 48 hours from date of deposit.


Alexandria Lindo will provide you with the artwork of your wedding invitation via email (.JPEG).

We encourage you to have one or several other people to review the artwork and read over the text.

You may request any amendments at this stage and we will happily resubmit an edited version for approval.

You will have 3 opportunities to make changes. 

NOTE: It is important to carefully examine the artwork to ensure all names, venues, dates, times and phone numbers are correct.

Alexandria Lindo will not accept responsibility for any mistakes after the artwork has been approved and any further adjustments will incur extra charges.


Once you have approved the artwork, Alexandria Lindo will send you a final invoice.

Your wedding invitation order is sent for production and is completed within 2-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
